Yan Li

Yan Li spent ten years studying and working in Germany. From 2012 to 2014, she worked as a teaching assistant at Clausthal University of Technology, helping more than ten Chinese students successfully complete their studies in Germany. After obtaining a master's degree from Technische Universität Berlin, she joined the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Germany (CHKD e.V.) as Deputy Executive Director. In this role, she organized and participated in numerous high-level visits by national leaders and supported Chinese companies in their international expansion. She gained extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, industrial upgrading under Industry 4.0, intercultural management and crisis management, and developed a broad network across business, government and academia in both countries.

She returned to China in 2021 to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship in the domestic GPU industry. She is Director of Public Affairs at Shanghai Biren Technology Co., Ltd., responsible primarily for supporting the establishment of the company and its industry-chain partners in different regions, advancing projects involving overseas talent, and coordinating internal and external resources.

As Vice President of the VCAC, she coordinates alumni activities in the Yangtze River Delta and helps advance university-industry cooperation and engagement with alumni entrepreneurs.
